Winter Workouts Underway!
BHS Baseball has both indoor weight training and outdoor practices for those signed up through Final Forms for Spring baseball. Weight training is Tuesdays and Thursdays in the BHS weight room from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Outdoor practices are
Wednesdays 1-3pm and Saturdays 11am-1pm. Both are optional and be sure to check Teamsnap to confirm if it's on for that day.
